All foreign players without FIDE rating have to show proof of their national ratings.
FIDE and FSI ratings changes and achievements follow current FIDE and FSI handbooks.

Registrations will be reassessed based on the May ELO rating list update.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to accept up to 10 wild cards per section for those players who hold an insufficient ELO.
Requests to be registered in a tournament other than the direct assignment must mandatorily be submitted by email.
Time tolerance during the rounds is 60 minutes.
Each player is entitled to request a half point bye in any round, with exception of the last two rounds, and only once, as stipulated in Art. 6.3 of the RTF, Such requests must be submitted before the beginning of the tournament, preferably by email.
All tournaments are composed by 9 rounds and the time control is 90’+30”.
The pairing system used is the Swiss.
Tiebreaks at the end of the tournament will follow this order:
– REP
– Buchholz Total
– Buchholz Cut 1
– Sonneborg Berger
– ARO
Notes for all players:
Players who do not attend the prize giving ceremony forfeit any prizes awarded.
Access to the playing hall is permitted only with an appropriate attire (shorts, flip flops and sandals are strictly prohibited).
